Effective July 1, 2018, we implemented a new software program. It offers many new options for our customers. Your current account number will still work.

One new feature is that our customers now have the ability to pay with their routing and account numbers from their checking accounts. The option to pay with debit/credit card or PayPal is still be available.

For our Spanish speaking customers, you will be able to translate your on line account to Spanish.

The first time you sign in, your password will be the last four digits of the phone number you have on file. If we do not have a current phone number on file for you, please contact our office so that we can update your file.

A new way we will be able to provide better service is the automated phone call center. This will allow us to notify you by phone call of changes to the route due to unexpected circumstances, holiday schedules or payments that are past due. As with our current email system, we will not overwhelm you with a ton of calls but only those necessary, maybe 2 or 3 a quarter.

Finally, we appreciate your patience as we learn this new system and explore all the ways to give you better customer service.

Preferred Mailing Address

We have been made aware of an issue of checks being returned due to an invalid mailing address. Our physical address needs to include Suite A or the Post Office will return mail as an invalid address. For the most secure mailing, we suggest using our PO Box 1329, Lugoff, SC 29078. Please let us know if your payment has been returned due to this issue. Thank you!


Just a Few Reminders

Bills are due upon receipt. Payments are considered “late” if not received by the 15th of January, April, July and September. A late fee of $5.00 will be added if not paid.

 If your service is terminated for non-payment, there is a $15.00 fee to restart the service in addition to the past due balance.

 Service is for Household trash only! Yard debris, electronics, tires, etc are not allowed. Extra trash pickups must be called into the office for scheduling and pricing.

If you would like to apply for the position of driver with Davis Disposal, please download a copy of the application. The requirements are a CDL, Class A or B, a copy of driver’s license and a clean 10 year driving record. Applications and additional documentation may be delivered in person at our office, via US Postal Service or through email at Applications received without a copy of driver’s license and 10 year driving record will be considered incomplete.

Fill out the information and it will send us a notice with your information and we will in turn apply a one-time $5.00 credit to your account. *You will be helping to save trees.
