Service Price:
Service price per resident (sharing is NOT permitted) is $22.00 per month ($66.00 per quarter) for the standard 1/week curbside service and includes the cart. We require a $66.00 payment when we start the service. For customers residing within the town limits of Elgin, the cost is $7.00 per month ($21.00 per quarter). Please feel free to call the office and verify if your address is within the Town Limits of Elgin. If you start service in the middle of a quarter, your payment will be applied to that present quarter with the prorated credit applied to the next quarter. Your next bill will reflect the carried over credit. We send out our statements around the end of the third month of the quarter, with the new quarter balance due by the 15th of the billing month.
Payments and Fees:
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal payments are accepted through our website at Pay Online. We also offer email billing and recurring credit card payments.
You may also view and pay your account securely on our website using the Payments tab above. To log into your account, you will will need your account and password is the last 4 digits of your phone number on file. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to any unpaid balances. There is a $30.00 service charge on any returned checks or other items returned unpaid. We do not take two-party checks.
