REMINDERS

Carts need to be curbside no later than 6:00 AM on your designated pick-up day. You must use the cart issued to you with our company logo on it.

The service is for your household trash only. We are unable to remove yard debris, furniture, large boxes, electronics (TVs, computers, printers, etc.), tires or hazardous materials. A good rule of thumb is if it doesn’t fit in your kitchen trash can, we can’t take it. These are State and landfill restrictions we must follow.

Make sure we have your current contact information. We send out calls, text messages and/or emails with pertinent information regarding your services whether it be a holiday pick-up change or a reminder of a past due invoice.

Holiday pick-up: the only holidays we do not run our normal schedule are Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Our holiday schedule is also posted to our website. We also update our Facebook page as well as multiple community pages with schedule changes. Our office voice mail also will let you know of any changes to pick-up.

The best way to get in touch with us is by calling our office at 803-438-3386. FaceBook Messenger does not always alert us to messages and makes it a very unreliable way of contacting the office.

Calendars for pick-up for Cassatt and recycling are posted on our website under the NEWS tab. The calendars are PDF downloads so you may print them for your convenience.

Payments can always be made online through our website. Under payments, click the gray box for Account Lookup Online Bill Pay and you will be taken to a secure page. To log into your account, you just need your Account # and password. The defaulted password will be the last 4 digits of your phone number on file. On the main screen, you will see when your next pick-up is scheduled, the last payment posted as well as your account balance. You can also view your past invoices and payment history.

Payments are due by the 20th of January, April, July and October. If your payment is late, your services may be suspended until paid. All late payments need to be made at least 24 business hours before your scheduled pick-up day.
