Invoices for the 2nd quarter of 2018 (April, May and June) will be mailed out Thursday, March 29th. Please remember the due date for all invoices is April 16, 2018. If you receive your invoice by email and have not received it by April 1st, please contact our office so that we may send it again. Don’t forget to check your junk mail.
We have been made aware of an issue of checks being returned due to an invalid mailing address. Our physical address needs to include Suite A or the Post Office will return mail as an invalid address. For the most secure mailing, we suggest using our PO Box 1329, Lugoff, SC 29078. Please let us know if your payment has been returned due to this issue. Thank you!
Just a Few Reminders
Bills are due upon receipt. Payments are considered “late” if not received by the 15th of January, April, July and September. A late fee of $5.00 will be added if not paid.
If your service is terminated for non-payment, there is a $15.00 fee to restart the service in addition to the past due balance.
Service is for Household trash only! Yard debris, electronics, tires, etc are not allowed. Extra trash pickups must be called into the office for scheduling and pricing.
