Effective July 1, 2018, we implemented a new software program. It offers many new options for our customers. Your current account number will still work.

One new feature is that our customers now have the ability to pay with their routing and account numbers from their checking accounts. The option to pay with debit/credit card or PayPal is still be available.

For our Spanish speaking customers, you will be able to translate your on line account to Spanish.

The first time you sign in, your password will be the last four digits of the phone number you have on file. If we do not have a current phone number on file for you, please contact our office so that we can update your file.

A new way we will be able to provide better service is the automated phone call center. This will allow us to notify you by phone call of changes to the route due to unexpected circumstances, holiday schedules or payments that are past due. As with our current email system, we will not overwhelm you with a ton of calls but only those necessary, maybe 2 or 3 a quarter.

Finally, we appreciate your patience as we learn this new system and explore all the ways to give you better customer service.
